I’m organizer of the European Day of Lay Judges 2023 and of the conference of the European Network of Associations of Lay Judges (ENALJ)
Dear friends,
This year, the European Network of Associations of Lay Judges (ENALJ) will celebrate the European day of lay judges and will hold the accompanying conference in my wonderful home country Bulgaria!
When last year in Poznan, Poland, I told my colleagues that one day they should come to my country too, because we Bulgarians would be very happy if we hosted such an important event, I didn’t even imagine that they would accept my idea so warmly and in May 2023 it would come true.
Now in my capacity as an organizer (no doubt, it is the honor of my life!), in addition to endless joy, I am also worried about whether I will be able to cope with the task of getting every detail perfect, but I am convinced that once we are positive, then inevitably everything will turn out well.
