Kamala Harris’s odds against Donald Trump aren’t the same as Michelle Obama’s, but they’re still strong.
Yes, Harris does not have similar charisma and mass approval, but she is a woman who captivates with her determination and principles!
Her only „sin” is that she was in a relationship with Willie Brown — an iconic figure for the Democratic Party and former mayor of San Francisco — one of the largest cities in the state of California. The state in which she was born, of which the Attorney General, and subsequently Senator from Harris.
Whether or not Brown helped her career is open to much speculation, but even if it ultimately was, Harris proved her worth and won the respect of millions.
Anyone who’s watched her question Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, knows that she’s no joke, and that Trump won’t have it easy at all in their upcoming debates.
Kamala Harris’ greatest asset is that, unlike Trump, she has values that don’t change with time and purpose.
Take abortion for example — a topic that divides America, Donald is an emanation of malleable dishonesty (it can all be tracked here: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna146601). Harris is consistent and loyal to voters.
And finally — underestimating Harris (or any other Democrat) and almost putting the cart before the horse, that is, announcing Trump as almost a foregone winner, reminds me of the saying „who laughs last laughs best”. ;-)
P.S.: Kamala knows how to laugh, MAGA!
