I have always been tolerant of religious people. I would even say that I also believe in some kind of power, energy that I call God/Lord, because that’s how it has become a household word.

BUT I’m sorry, what does it mean to dedicate yourself to a certain religion?!

Religion is a personal thing that should be between a particular person and what they believe.

Everything else is a circus! And an exceptionally good one. Some rituals that make you laugh, but also make you sad how people still in this century, when we should reason, not follow, perform.

One has neither how nor why to dedicate oneself to any religion. He should live his life normally and not violate his own moral compass.

Fundamentalism is now simply crossing any boundary and entering the space of others.

Several times it happened to me that I was walking calmly down the street and ultra-religious people not only stopped me to preach their views to me, but also then expressed their displeasure that I did not want to listen to them.

I’ve always wondered: why do they have to put me in their way?! What interest do they have in this, because I’m sorry, but nobody does something just like that.

And if you look at all religions and their so-called earthly representatives you will see largely leaders wallowing in luxury who otherwise speak of humility.

It’s so fake it’s intolerable.

I have watched few sermons on TV and was amazed at where people choose to spend their free time – listening to some self-absorbed egocentric instead of living peacefully, believing and following their own morals.

How can anyone need someone else to read them morals?! Morality is not learned, each person has a different morality and from his bell tower sees a given situation as good or bad.

This religiosity today is absolutely fictitious and for the purpose of showing off. Placing next to your name signs of the religion you profess and quotations from a „holy” (sacred to the particular religion) book is attention-seeking and a claim that you are righteous.

But things don’t sit like that. There have been many religious unrighteous people who, with the financing of religion, have cleared their own consciences or cleaned up their image.
